Thank you for shopping with Mode De Vie by JJ. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
PROCESSING TIME
Mode De Vie is a Made to order brand. Meaning each order is custom sewn and embroidered by our skilled tailors. All orders are processed within 2-6 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are not free by default and vary by U.S. region. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service. Any free-shipping promotions will be explicitly stated when applicable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or customs. Once a package has left our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
WRONG ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
